Field Notes
This particular morning on Romney Marsh was the definition of peace, tranquility and solitude, save for the sound of beating wings on the air from flying geese. It's a wonderful place to visit, very unusual. Shot pre dawn to capture the hoare frost, the deep blues mix nicely with the magenta colours in the foreground. The three little trees in the distance make a nice focal point but it is the texture in the frosty landscape that really appealed to me.
